We are pleased to offer a free initial examination for prospective new patients. Dr. Carlson wants to be certain that information is available to you and your dentist without concern about costs.

At the initial exam, Dr. Carlson will clarify if there is a need for treatment, and an estimate will be given for both the fee and the length of treatment. If treatment is indicated, diagnostic records must be taken at our office before a complete diagnosis can be made. The diagnostic records include dental models, x-rays of the teeth and the head, and photographs of the teeth and the face. If it is your wish to start treatment as soon as possible, the diagnostic records can be taken at your first visit, if it is planned in advance.
